The word Tagubtob is a Filipino (Cebuano) language that means a sound or energy that can be felt by others, it resonates.

Tagubtob Digital Story Outlet is founded and spearheaded by Adriene Cabalinan, a journalist born and raised in Cotabato province. Working with local actors informing the narratives in Mindanao, the people behind Tagubtob is a force of homegrown storytellers.
